Rooy CNC introduces its new version knee-type vertical
milling machine ZX6350Z for small workpieces as an alternative to costly horizontal boring machines. This machine provides rigid, accurate and efficient machining with better cost performance, according to the company.
The ZX6350Z model has a table travel around 600-270-360mm while the DRO measures 590-260-250mm. Heavy-duty, cast iron construction and hardened guideways combine with the 2.2-kW, 2000-rpm, eight-step spindle drive to perform well in applications such as gearbox or pump housings, valve bodies, frames, engine blocks, railway bogies, and machine tool components. The milling machine is available with slotting head, machine vise, dividing head, rotary table and other tooling fixtures.
