Milling machine problem and trouble-shooting

1, the motor does not rotate, you should check the wiring is correct, in power or not.

2, spindle runout large, abnormal sound, the phenomenon of heat, check the spindle if it is loose, adjust the lock nut on the spindle assembly to the appropriate tightness.

3, milling machine shakes, check the motor base plate and strut nuts, screws if these are loose, head, bearing whether the column clamp, adjust the locking position to clamp firmly.

4, spindle lift blocked and could not be reset, check the spindle sleeve and the gear shaft junction if iron debris, spring is loose and fatigue, clean-up iron debris .

5, lift slide up-down imbalance, abnormal sound, milling machine table movement is not smooth. Check the bevel gear if there is iron chip, inclined railways is loose, clean iron filings, oiling, adjusting the slope iron to be fit.

6, the gear box sounds abnormal, stop the milling machine and check if speed-change is in order and check if there is oil.
