Structure of Universal Milling Machine

The main structure of universal milling machine:

 1, the spindle is adopted three-axis supporting structure, the spindle system stiffness, high load capacity, and spindle braking with large torque could stop quickly and reliably.

 2, base, body, table, middle slide, knee slide and other major components are of casting from high strength materials, with aging process, to ensure long term stability of the milling machine.

 3, the lubricating device could do the forced lubrication to the horizontal and vertical milling machine ball screws and guideway, to decrease the friction of the machine, ensure the machine work in high speed. At the same time coolant could be adjusted to control the flow of coolant fluid to meet any machining needs.

 4, rotary table horizontal angle of ± 45 °, to expand the scope of the processing machine. Main transmission section and the table feed part of the gear transmission structure are used, wide speed range, speed change convenient and fast.

 5, X, Y, Z three directions Guideway is hardened by supersonic frequency, precision grinding and scraping process, with forced lubrication, to improve accuracy and extend the life of universal milling machine.

 6, X/Y/Z is with three types of feed, manual, motor fast and motor forward which could fulfills different needs of machining.
