Milling Machine Electrical System

The milling machine uses three-phase AC power supply, voltage 380V, frequency 50HZ.

The machine input side should assemble circuit breaker to protect the machine itself, it is suggested to use the leakage protection type, model 3901 with rated current 20A.

The controllers of spindle, coolant, stop, and drilling milling machine  are integrated in the ARM control box, which is easy to operate and convenient.

When the vertical milling machine machine is plugged in, the machine rotation direction, spindle clockwise and anticlock wise directions, and coolant work direction must be set to the provided direction, or either line could be changed to adjust that.

When there is machine failure, use E-stop to stop the machine. The milling machine will stop and be locked till trouble shooting. Then manually remove the lock by switching the E-stop button.
